PERSONAL TRAINING
1:1 training scheduled in one hour sessions with workouts written for your individual needs.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Similar to 1:1 training, but alongside 2-3 other people. You still receive individualized workouts while sharing your session with a small group.
